01General Provisions
These Terms set out the rules for the provision of the newsletter service electronically. The Service Provider is Filip Glinkowski, operating under the Wdrażaj.ai (RMF Solutions) brand, ul. Cyprysowa 26a, 55-093 Kiełczów, Poland, NIP 8961633294, e-mail: info@rmfsolutions.ai. These Terms are made available pursuant to Art. 8 of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means. The service is free of charge, and the Terms are available on the Site in a manner enabling them to be obtained and stored.
02Definitions
Service Provider - Filip Glinkowski, operating under the Wdrażaj.ai (RMF Solutions) brand. User (Subscriber) - a person who has signed up for the Newsletter. Newsletter - a service consisting of sending educational and marketing information to the e-mail address provided. Site - the website at the domain wdrazaj.ai. Terms - this document.
03Subject Matter and Scope of the Service
The service consists of sending, free of charge, educational and marketing content to the e-mail address provided by the User, including information about news, materials, and offers from the Service Provider. The Newsletter is sent exclusively by e-mail. The service does not include the sending of SMS messages.
04Technical Requirements
Using the Newsletter requires a device with internet access, an active e-mail address, and a web browser or e-mail client capable of receiving messages.
05Sign-up and Conclusion of the Agreement (Double Opt-in)
Signing up requires providing an e-mail address in the form, consenting to receive the Newsletter, and accepting the Terms. A message with an activation link is sent to the address provided, and clicking the link confirms the sign-up. Upon confirmation, an agreement for the provision of the Newsletter service is concluded for an indefinite period.
06Unsubscribing from the Service
The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge. Unsubscribing is done by clicking the deactivation link included in every message or by contacting info@rmfsolutions.ai. Unsubscribing results in the sending being discontinued and the service agreement being terminated.
07User Obligations
The User undertakes not to provide content of an unlawful nature. The User may only provide their own e-mail address or an address they are authorized to use.
08Complaints
Complaints regarding the Newsletter service may be submitted to info@rmfsolutions.ai. The Service Provider reviews the complaint and responds within 14 days of its receipt.
09Personal Data
The controller of personal data is the Service Provider indicated above, and the detailed rules for processing it are set out in the Privacy Policy. The data is processed for the purpose of providing the Newsletter service and for the Service Provider's own marketing purposes.
10Changes to the Terms
The Service Provider may amend these Terms for valid reasons. The User will be notified of the change at least 14 days in advance. During that time, the User may unsubscribe from the service if they do not accept the changes being introduced.
11Final Provisions
In matters not regulated herein, Polish law applies. These Terms enter into force on the date of their publication on the Site.
