01General Provisions
These Terms set out the types and scope of services provided electronically, the conditions for their provision, and the rules for using the Site. They are made available pursuant to Art. 8 of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means. They are available free of charge on the Site in a form that allows them to be obtained, reproduced, and stored at any time. Using the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

The Service Provider is Filip Glinkowski, operating under the Wdrażaj.ai (RMF Solutions) brand, ul. Cyprysowa 26a, 55-093 Kiełczów, Poland, NIP 8961633294, e-mail: info@rmfsolutions.ai. The Service Provider can be contacted at info@rmfsolutions.ai or by phone at +48 731 692 602.
03Definitions
Service Provider - Filip Glinkowski, operating under the Wdrażaj.ai (RMF Solutions) brand. User - a person using the Site. Site - the website available at the domain wdrazaj.ai. Electronic Service - a service provided by the Service Provider to the User electronically. Contact Form - a tool enabling an inquiry to be sent to the Service Provider. Newsletter - a service consisting of sending information to the e-mail address provided. Terms - this document.
04Types and Scope of Electronic Services
The Service Provider provides the following electronic services: (a) browsing the Site's content, (b) a contact form for handling inquiries, (c) a newsletter, launched separately under the terms described in the Newsletter Terms. All electronic services are provided free of charge.
05Nature of the Information on the Site
The content, service descriptions, and materials presented on the Site are for informational purposes and constitute an invitation to enter into a contract within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Polish Civil Code, not an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code. Implementation agreements and the scope of cooperation are determined individually, outside the Site, under separate terms agreed by the parties.
06Technical Requirements
Using the Site requires a device with internet access and a current version of a web browser. Using the contact form and the newsletter requires an active e-mail address. The User is prohibited from providing content of an unlawful nature.
07Contact Form Service
The contact form allows an inquiry to be sent to the Service Provider. Sending it requires providing the data marked as required, including the e-mail address. The service is one-off in nature and ends once the inquiry has been sent and answered. The rules for processing the data provided in the form are described in the Privacy Policy.
08Newsletter
The newsletter service is launched separately. The detailed rules for signing up, using, and unsubscribing are set out in the Newsletter Terms, available on the Site once the service is launched.
09Intellectual Property Rights
The Site's content, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and code, is the property of the Service Provider or is used under an appropriate license and is protected by law. Copying, distributing, or otherwise using this content without the Service Provider's consent is prohibited, except to the extent permitted by law.
10Liability
The Service Provider exercises due diligence to keep the Site available and its content accurate and up to date. The Service Provider is not liable for the consequences of the User providing incorrect or incomplete data, nor for technical interruptions arising from causes beyond its control. In relations with Users who are entrepreneurs, the Service Provider's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
11Complaints
Complaints regarding the electronic services and the operation of the Site may be submitted to info@rmfsolutions.ai. The complaint should include a description of the matter and contact details enabling a response to be given. The Service Provider reviews the complaint and responds within 14 days of its receipt.
12Personal Data and Dispute Resolution
The rules for processing personal data, including information on the data controller, are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Site. A User who is a consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, in particular by contacting the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman, the Provincial Trade Inspection Authority (WIIH), or by using the EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.
13Final Provisions
The Service Provider may amend these Terms for valid reasons, respecting Users' acquired rights and after prior notice of the change on the Site. In matters not regulated herein, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, and the Consumer Rights Act. These Terms enter into force on the date of their publication on the Site.
